Synopsis
Doctor Rick is a scientist who has accidentally given one of his patients a radioactive substance named The W.E.N. Now Doctor Rick and his associate, Doctor Brown, have to save the city from The WEN’s destruction. Meanwhile a man named, Frank, encounters The WEN and crosses paths with Doctor Rick and Doctor Brown.
